Permission and space, not a special package

Condo and workplace detailing is the mobile service parked beside your car. Strata bylaws, quiet hours, height bars, and “no washing in the parkade” rules decide whether we can come. Ask the manager if a self-contained mobile detailer can park beside a resident’s vehicle. Tell us the answer when you book.

We do not connect to building water or a lobby outlet. Onboard water and power are the point. We still need room to open doors and walk around the car. A stall between two columns with no adjacent space is usually a no.

Ceramic coating and multi-stage paint correction are not done in a parkade. Those stay at the Burnaby studio. Interior work is often the practical parkade job in the rain, because light rain is usually fine for interiors and heavy rain means we reschedule exterior work.
